CoinTiger Exchange Account Frozen Forever!!??

Hello All,

About 6 months ago I started trading on CoinTiger. I did one withdrawal of around $200 in Bitcoin to Coinbase. I kept trading as usual. Buying, Selling. Earlier this week I did well on a coin called Tavitt. So I tried withdrawing $500 in Bitcoin to my Coinbase account. After a few hours, I did not receive it into my CoinBase account. I checked on CoinTiger and it said my funds were in a "Wait Audit". After 24 hours they kicked to money back to my CoinTiger account. Today I talked to CoinTiger customer support. They said I had too many cancellations, malicious arbitrage, and other illegal acts! I thought "This is Crazy!". All I do is buy, sell and this was only my second time withdrawing money or Bitcoin. What am I doing illegal?

So needless to say, CoinTiger said my funds are frozen forever. They stole almost $1000 of my money for just simply trading on their exchange. I assure everyone that I did nothing illegal to my knowledge and if you want to put your money into CoinTiger you are risking all of it. Do not do it. I am posting screenshots of my conversation with customer support. I also asked for proof of the illegal actions that I have yet to receive.

So now I am making it a point to spread awareness and to possibly prevent anyone else from having the same problem and losing all their money. CoinTiger has not been reputable from what I now see as they allegedly faked transactions and now freezing funds of their loyal traders. NEVER AGAIN!

Here is a link to my conversation with support on CoinTiger: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1h6c1kyB3Y_4h0VnN3rPjknbQkQkpEPC1?usp=sharing

Good Luck Friends,

-John

Hi Terrell, Sorry for not replying sooner. I'm sorry you had to become another victim of Cointiger. Between a family member and myself it's over $1,000 that they took from us. I also have people commenting on a post I have on Facebook . It seems like it's still continuing and Cointiger is still screwing its customers over and stealing their money. It's unfortunate that there's nothing in our power to do anything about it, so it seems. I now stick with more reputable exchanges such as Kucoin and Coinbase. Hopefully you were able to recover easy and chalk it up as a harsh lesson learned. I think the best thing to do is spread awareness and try to sway…
